Hello everyone!

My name's Megan, and I'm bringing in one Takashi Shirogane (just call him Shiro, everyone does) from Voltron: Legendary Defender. He has CRAU from the Dreamwidth game Synodiporia, just like Jim Kirk, and I'm very much looking forward to playing with you all!

Shiro's Earth AU is a friendly, outgoing post-grad going for a PhD in astrophysics because he has no direction in his life and a professor gently prodded him into it. Evenings and weekends he's often at the local mechanic's shop working, so feel free to know him from there or any classes your character might be taking at college.

You can most easily reach me at librariansheart or via journal PM, but I do work overnight shifts here in the central U.S., so I'm up at weird hours and may not be able to boomerang.

I'm Ryah, one of them mods around these parts.

I play Anakin Skywalker and Bail Organa from Star Wars.

Anakin is an aeronautics/aerospace engineer for a private comp that contracts with the US gov't and he's all about the sciences, especially the stuff that goes BOOM (but he works in experimental engine and rocket design - which is like, controlled booms). He will love having all these scientists around to talk to about science. I'd love to plot something - Anakin has toys from other universes he'd love to show people.

Bail is a therapist and just trying to make things go smoothly for everyone.

Oh man, I don't think I've ever met a Bail player, which has always saddened me. He's such a cool character.

I am excited to plot things! I should warn you that I personally have zero aeronautics/aerospace training, so I have a lot of cherry picked wiki pages. 8D; But Shiro would be really excited to see this stuff applied in a way that doesn't mean going to space. (Which he wants to do, but. Can't, probably.)

There are exactly two of us who play Bail out there on DW. I think TCW and Rebels cartoons really helped flesh him out. He's the odd muse out of my loose gathering of what are usually Hot Messes Muses.

As for astrophysics LOL I studied history in college, most of what I know about physics and astrophysics is learned on Youtube and other internet sources. So do not worry about forging through the RP problem of 'My muse is smarter than I am' with me.

I would love to do anything with yours with either of my two guys.

Hey, I'm Salsa, I play Lisa here from Bandori; back home she was a bassist in a high school band actively hitting the big time over the course of two years, but here she's a young country artist that never quite made it and is getting a new lease on stardom with her guitar and a growing collection of J-pop. She's also an undergrad pursuing a music degree in Queens, so she's no stranger to college life, though I can't imagine she'd have any overlap in classes or campus with Shiro. Still, she's all over the city on a regular basis, playing gigs in the evenings wherever she can find an opening a few times a week, so he may have seen her around.

I have watched exactly one episode of Voltron, I keep meaning to and ending up with eight million other shows on my docket, oops. I've heard enough good things that I'll get around to it one of these days, though! RP tends to help me with that.

Haha! Oh, don't worry about it. It's a good show to a point, but in some ways it's now become a ["This? This is trash. Don't do it." /rolls in the trash myself] kind of scenario. Especially when you get to the last two seasons. But at the same time it has some of my favorite characters ever, so?? xD Helluva recommendation, I know.

But Shiro's Team Dad (much to his internal bafflement), though here he hasn't had a LOT of chances to get into that yet, so we'll see!
